Yes! Every necklace is carefully handmade in small batches with attention to detail and quality. Each piece is thoughtfully assembled to create something unique and meaningful.
Will my necklace look exactly like the photo?
Because each piece is handmade, slight variations may occur. This makes every necklace one of a kind while still staying true to the original design.
At LivCo Creative, each necklace is handmade with care and intention. Because of the handmade nature of our items, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
However, your happiness matters! If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your item, please reach out within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly work with you to find a solution, such as a replacement or store credit.

When will I get my order?
Because each item is handmade, please allow 3–7 business days for processing before your order ships. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days within the U.S. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
Do you have a store I can visit?
We are an online-only business, so there is no physical store location to visit. You can shop all of our handmade pieces right here on our website.
