• Handling your jewelry gently and avoiding pulling on chains, beads, or charms.

• Wiping your jewelry with a soft, dry cloth after wearing.

Like most fashion jewelry, natural tarnishing, fading, or discoloration may occur over time, especially with exposure to water, moisture, perfumes, lotions, or other chemicals. Our Warranty

If you experience a manufacturing defect within 7 days of receiving your order, please contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. We'll carefully review your claim and work with you to find the best solution.

Our warranty covers:

• Manufacturing defects

• Broken clasps or hardware due to workmanship

Our warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear

• Tarnishing, fading, or discoloration that occurs over time

• Damage caused by water, perfumes, lotions, chemicals, or improper care

• Damage caused by pulling, stretching, or dropping jewelry

• Lost or stolen items

• Shipping delays, lost packages, or damage that occurs while your order is in transit
